The next in-studio "Book a Co-Star" Intensive is January 2025.

Booking a co-starring role on a TV series isn’t as easy as you may think, even for the well-trained actor. Yet, it’s how many actors begin their theatrical careers.

This specially designed “Audition Bootcamp” teaches you how to successfully book these elusive, yet career-vital roles.

In the 6.5 hour Intensive, you will learn how to make strong character choices (that serve the story), without pulling focus from the series leads. You will also learn how to tackle one-liners, under 5’s and recurring roles from various television genres.

You'll also learn how to win the room, place your camera sight-lines, hit your mark, identify your moment before, add a button and incorporate adjustments.

Actors work on-camera (with playback) in six different Co-Star roles, ranging from medical dramas, to crime procedurals, to supernatural episodics, to single- and multi-camera situation comedies.

Student Testimonials

"Thank you! It was one of the best classes I have ever taken. Learned so much and had such a great time!"
- Millie McGinnis

"I booked my first network co-star on NBC’s American Auto! My scene is with Ana Gasteyer! Couldn’t have done this without your co-star bootcamp!"
- Bryan Marcos

"Love, love, LOVE the On-Camera Audition Intensive! After taking the class I went in for a co-star audition and nailed it in one take, subsequently booking the job. The Intensive is a fast-paced and exciting day filled with working on a variety of sides as well as information that both helps break down the essential essence of this character and define their place within the world of the show. Take. This. Class."
- Lindsey Newell

"After taking Scott's On-Camera Audition Intensive I not only booked one job, BUT TWO, back to back! Scott's WOFRAIM technique allows you to deliver a convincing and specific reading to BOOK THE JOB!"
- Tom Jenkins

"Respectful of Actors, truthful, kind, constructive, supportive, extremely beneficial, and FUN! Very refreshing!"
- Kate Romero

"I took Scott’s On-Camera Audition Intensive and immediately booked my first co-star role!"
- Cutter Ray Palacios

"Scott Sedita’s On-Camera Audition Intensive shed so much light on how to approach future co-star auditions. We spent a full day working lots of muscles (cold reading, auditioning, on-camera) and focused on various co-star scenes out in the field. Being able to watch our auditions back and get feedback was invaluable. This workshop will help you get informed and equipped and is worth every penny!"
- Nicole Pierce

"I took Scott’s Audition Intensive on 4/2. I just had an audition for an under-5 on Days of Our Lives as a nurse and I booked it doing all of Scott’s do's! Thank you!"
- Marita de Lara

"After attending Scott's co-star workshop, I booked my first co-star role!"
- Doris Usui

"Classes and workshops at SSAS, particularly the On-Camera Audition Intensive, taught me how to strategically take my skills as an actor and prepare them effectively, based on the type of show and role. It transformed how I approached each audition, resulting in a growing momentum. Within a three month period, I ended up booking three separate television roles, one in particular a recurring co-star."
- Aaron Guest

"I am forever grateful for Scott Sedita's audition intensive. 4 weeks after the Intensive, I booked my first co-star, in a comedy! I had never taken an intensive specifically just for co-stars, which is a totally different beast from preparing for a series regular or guest star. Scott breaks a co-star role down in an easy fashion. Yes, there really is an approach to that two liner script your agent sent you! Save months of auditioning for numerous co-stars wondering what you could do different and take his class. You never know. You just might book that comedy co-star like I did!"
- Lora Bofill
